Hi Team,

I had ordered the item through amazon to give to my sister. One week ago, the item was delivered. Installation not not done yet. Several times we contacted the service center, But there was no response. So we just opened the box and saw that there was damage to the product . Please find the attachments. We informed amazon and they told us that the brand person has to confirm the damage and then only they will think about the return process. But the person from the brand side has not attended yet. The delivery is not ready to verify the product on the time of delivery. Please send the installation guy as soon as possible and verify the damage. Nov 10 is the last date of return. Hope you will make the right decision for customer satisfaction. Please find the attachments.
