I made a booking for Jio Airfiber service on February 18th, 2024. They confirmed the installation on 20th February,2024 between 10 am – 11 am.I had waited for their call or mail.Despite numerous follow-ups and attempts to seek clarification on the status of my booking, there has been no progress or communication regarding the installation of the service.
To provide context, here are the details of my booking:
– Booking Date: February 18th, 2024
– Booking Amount: Rs. 1000
-Booking Reference Number- LR0000064YWA
Despite my persistent efforts to seek updates through various channels, including phone calls and emails, I haven’t received any confirmation.So I decided to cancel my booking and requested for refund.Still no proper reply for the mails and they don’t even have a customer care executive contact number or service to address the situation or status.
