I have purchased an air conditioner of Moses company and the same was delivered to my house on 08-06-2021 and at the of order installation was also booked for 9-10 June 2021, till date the installation has not taken place which should be completed within 9-10th of June 2021.
The product has been delivered in time and installation acknowledgement has been done, but history created in installation.
I have made so many calls since 10th June, but Flipkart team could not response with the solution. Every time they replied that they are providing information, but nobody is able to manage the installation.
As summer is very hot in North India and I have purchased the AC product to be used in the season only and still after delivery of 10 days, I am waiting for the installation.
Now, today I. E. 18-06-2021 is the last day of cancellation, but no response from their side.
As summer is very in north India and air conditioner was purchased for my kids ages 9 year and 5 year, but after paying and waiting for long time, it could not be used at all.
