Requesting a return & refund of my payment
Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product hat I bought from your company, through your Online Store.
Technician cost very high & different charge

I purchased a Daikin 1.5 Ton 3 Star SplitInverter AC – White, and paid a total amount of 35534.
It seems that the product is seal in the package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the defective product within 14 days return product policy.
I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.
