I booked for jio fiber for installation booking amount has been paid but no response from your engineer and this is how you people are giving service to public .. booking details as follows

PLAN2BUILD Appointment of JioAirFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000XMQXAJ is scheduled on 29-Feb-2024 between 11:00:00 – 13:00:00.
You will receive an Order completion code after PLAN2BUILD.
Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion of PLAN2BUILD.
