Madam/Dear Sir,
In the captioned matter, I would like to inform your good office that I have purchased a new GTPL broadband connection through sales executive Mr. Ashvin Akbari on 28.01.2023 and I have paid an amount Rs. 5995/- and I have received the receipt for the same.
It has been 13 days since payment but installation of the router is still pending from your end. I have received the message that GTPL services are already available at my residence but the company has not responded properly to attend my request.
I am very dissatisfied with the response of the Technical Team. Technical is rigid at such extent that they are not coordinating with sales team. Your sales team are working very hard in field but technical team is not sufficient enough to execute the leads. Engineers are not capable enough to handle area operations. Broadband installation is pending beyond 7 days and this is serious concern for your company that your company is not interested in new customers. Rajkot GTPL technical team is in pathetic situation and they are so unprofessional that they are chewing tobacco and Gutka in front of me and unable to speak properly. Discipline and Proper etiquette has not been followed by them.
I want proper installation by tomorrow EOD.
