Sales person of jio came to our locality and inspected that installation can be done and collected 3500 on 7th Jul 2022 and said we can do installation in 24-45 hr its possible in our area there is a setup box near our house we can install it . Later engineer came on 8th Jul 2022 and did not do any installation just said unable to install it and went .I called more than 10 times on customer care number they just reschedule installation dates but no engineer visits nor calls regarding installation. Jio fiber installation not done since 1 week . If we call the customer care guys they just raise the escalation but there is no action on it. It is very pathetic behavior from jio side
