I applied for JioFiber at my location, Jammu on 26-12-2020, paid for installation in advance. It’s been three days, everything is okay from backend but no one came for installation.
The JioFiber engineer who has done our KYC, and took the responsibility for installation, is scheduling the installation date to next days without telling any appropriate reason. Whenever I asked him, he replied that he will install today but then schedule it to next day from backend.
