Text of Complaint by Benoy Khare:

This is in reference to  delay in new broadband connection for airtel account 7039854824.

I made the payment for 3 months on Friday Sept 18th.

I was assured that from the date of my payment, my installation and activation would take 48 hrs.

I was informed that the executive would come on Sept 19th. That did not happen.
I expected the executive to come on Monday Sept 21st. That also did not happen.
in a work from home situation, this has caused me great inconvenience, and it is a very clear case of misleading advertising and false information provided to me as a customer.
I should also like to highlight that no executive from Airtel has reached out to me to provide an explanation or update me on the mattering three days. But Airtel took the payment in less than 5 mins.
