I paid for jio fiber 6 months pack on 16-10-2021 where the sales guy azmath(Omar) +919391006704 booked saying Will.be installed by evening with out checking open ports / available slots . Also no response after making payment and his manager Mr ponnam sudhakar No.6304981879 has promised to be installed by 22-10-2021 . Hence till now no response of new box installation even after multiple visits to jio office hyderguda .Please look into this and kindly take necessary action on the person’s causing negligence .which sevearly impacting my work from home login .And they are suggesting to call customer care for Refund .if they cannot give a New installation with such professional behaviour how the business proceed going futher .
