- Recently I bought a motorola TV from flipkart and it was delivered on 13thNov. The installation was supposed to be done by 16th Nov. My flipkart app showing the order is yet to delivered but, it was delivered back in 13th Nov.
- Also they have a 10 days return policy which starts from date of delivery. There is no option provided by the flipkart to return the product.
- Maybe the seller has sent a defected item and just wanted the replacement period to be over, so that customer cannot replace it.
- Their customer care people don’t know anything, they just moving forward the time.
- Pathetic customer service
