Sir , I am reside at Nagpur, Maharashtra, I want to get broadband connection of your company for this I am enquire to your Dharampeth office , they share me your 3 ,4 broadband plans out of these plans I am able to select Rs 499.00 Per Month . But unfortunately you have added Rs.1180.00 as activation charges. in this reference I want to ask you that why should you charge Rs.1180.00 as activation .
Actually I very surprised that when most of the people like me are willing to get broadband connection but I think due to activation charges they all shifted to another provider .
and second thing that you have not charge activation charges to your another plans what logic in is this . the coustmor who are some richer and able to paid high value you have not charged activation charges to these people and who are not afford even any financial burden and willing to get broadband from you but where you charge activation charges . . Can this ethical & marketable.
Pl look into it & please reply me for my satisfaction , built trust on your company.
