I ordered TV from Flipkart on 13June which was delivered on 18 June . The installation was supposed to be done by 21 June. 21 June I got message a person from Jeeves will do installation today and expect call from him. No one called me , so I thought of calling them. The person said he is busy with other orders and cant come. On multiple follow ups another person was assigned for installation. I called him and he said the same things also he promised me he will do installation tomorrow. At end of day I got message that installation person tried to contact you and you are not available. Installation will be done next day. Till not I have raised n number of concerns , asked supervisor, managers, even Jeeves team as well but no one have solution for it. To my surprise I got message installation has been cancelled for my TV. What am I supposed to do with the TV which I can not open and no one will come for installation. This is serious loophole in Flipkart customer support. You can not help just have to wait and watch their replies which is standard template. Is someone going to help me.
