I have purchased 1 year plan from GTPL but installation is not done properly and I am chasing for the same since last 1.5 month. No resolution at all. Also net is getting disconnected 2 times per week for 1 day or more.
Kindly look into this, their customer care is just bluff, no resolution at all. Complaints are getting close automatically without any solution.
