Text of Complaint by Ajay Tiwari:

I purchased a Thomson Led TV on Flipkart in the big billion day sale, which was delivered on 08/10/2021.
After delivery, installation was expected by 09/10/2021 but it was not done. After that I have raised complain many times through call to flipkart customer care for the same.
Initially the deadline of 13/10/2021 was given to resolve the issue, later on it was extended to 15/10/2021 but not a single action was taken by flipkart and on the 15/10/2021 status was showing that installation and demo is cancelled without any information and resolution. When I contacted to customer care again, no resolution was provided to me and it was told me that to wait for one more day and deadline was again extended to 16/10/2021, which is also gone without any resolution. On 18/10/2021 flipkart customer executive called me and gave a new deadline which was 21/10/2021 to resolve the issue but again flipkart is failed to provide resolution. When I again contacted to flipkart customer care then they gave me a new deadline of 25/10/2021.

I can see that every time only deadline to resolve the issue is extending but still there is no action has been taken by the flipkart in order to resolve the issue till now and I have already waited for 4-5 deadlines for the installation and demo for the TV. Warranty of the product is also lapsing day by day without use as it is not installed.
Therefore I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
