I requested for broadband fixed line connection in the last week of August 2020. Then on 2nd September, Nagraj from Airtel verification team came and verified my address and Id. I paid Rs.2948 on the same day. He told me I will get a call for installation. Since then till now today 10th September. I have been calling Nagraj, he gave me another number of his team leaderĀ Prakash. I tried calling him multiple times and also sent SMS but he never replied. Then another Airtel memberĀ Called and gave another number. I even tried on that number, no response. I also wrote an email, no response until 9th asking for my address and Other details I replied but then no response from them.
I am really tired now and feel that I took wrong decision on Switching to Airtel. My current internet connection with Hathway is going to expire on 12th September, but Airtel is not installed. Moreover no easy way to lodge a complaint or reach to their customer care. If you reach some how they don’t respond or disconnecting the call.
I need help. Either do my installation before 12th September or refund my full amount.
I hope I get some resolution here.
