I purchased an item from Instagram store username: kumkum_chikankari and then said they will return of any problem with the product so I placed the order. When it arrived, it was completely different item to which i requested the seller to return it and return my money,they said they’ll do it in 15 days, already time is up,now they have stopped picking up calls and replying to messages. I have the recording of parcel opening as well
