There is an Instagram seller account Fashion_fluidcare (attached screenshot). I had a conversation with this seller on WhatsApp (as mentioned they connect on WhatsApp only) regarding the dress. I ordered it and made a payment of Rs 1000 (advance payment) to the bank account they have shared. I regularly followed up for the delivery since March and they replied due to lockdown they are not able to deliver. However, Since May they have stopped responding and not checking the messages and also they have removed me from the Instagram account.
