Text of Complaint by Aradhana Paul:

I order a phone case on Instagram from @coverexchange_ the seller was first so polite and the manipulative tone of it made me by the product. After placing the order, I had to pay the money online with shipping fees. I paid the money for the phone case that was 450 INR and then the seller said to pay another 399 INR for shipping. Instead of 399 INR I paid 200 INR. The order was expected to be delivered in 3 to 4 days but when I tried to contact the seller it didn’t reply. After so many attempts of trying, I decided to be patient with it. It is the 4th day and now the seller has blocked me. I didn’t receive my package and lost my money. I humbly request you to take strict action against this and help refund my money.
