I have placed an order from instagram page called men_wear_market.
I have payed 3500/- for clothes and later I was told to pay 700/-for delivery from a different number of there page.then again I was told to pay 600/-and was told that the 700/- will be refunded.its been 20days now.and still neither the parcel is delivered nor the refund.
