When I met a electronic shop Instagram account, _imagine_istore, they seems to be real, and I liked a product iphone 14pro and they offered me for 32900rs. and I told them to send it for me. Then told me to make payment through Google pay for this upi id ybajaj050@okaxis and Activas@ybl Instantly i made the payment rs 13000 and 20000 on Tuesday as i have not received any caution by phone pe app which usually gives caution about fruadster.
They promised me to deliver product on thursday. Next day when i enquired they told that tax of rs 19900 and 22500 service charge is pending. You need to clear dues which is refundable, I paid the amount through phone pe to the above given upi immediately. only, after paying the dues they aren’t responding to my messages. I asked them to return my money for that no response was given.
Hereby i kindly request you to take strict action against fraudsters who are misusing the social media platform and cheating the people. And also i kindly request you to recover the amount i have paid of rs 95300. Kindly do the needful.
