| My name is Shivali Katara, I am an advocate in Jaipur. I purchased one iPhone 11 cost 24000rs from Instagram profile name: blue_kart.in on 29th May 2021, he sent me iPhone 11 Pro Max and it was fake though he claimed the product to be original and I paid him in cash. I asked him for return and the product was returned on 31st May 2021. I asked him to refund my money several times in my friends account however, he didn’t send my money back. Today on 5th June 2021, he sent me a fake screenshot of paytm of rs.18000. Wallet transaction I’D: 10911437628 My friend did not receive any amount. His number is 9433358873 named Akshay Patil. I have called him hundred times and keep on texting him, but he is not reply. I hope your team will help me to get my money back. Please help me out.
