On August 18, 2020, Instagram advertised a link of a clothing website called LifeHacksCloth.in (https://lifehackscloth.in/). Since it was being advertised via Instagram, I thought that the vendors might be genuine and purchased some clothes from the website. I received a mail saying that my order is in process.
It has been over two weeks and the advertisement has surpirisingly disappreared from INSTAGRAM. There is no way to contact the vendors either. I have been scammed by vendors (Rs. 2,757). And Instagram is equally responsible for this. After not receiving my order for more than 2 weeks, I googled if the website is genuine. It seems that a lot of people have been similarly scammed. I want some action to be taken against the vendors as well as INSTAGRAM as they advertised a fake company on their portal.
