I have been facing a critical issue with my Instagram account (username: sameekshyaranjan) since 14th June 2025. Although I am able to log in using my credentials, once I access the account, I am not able to use any features. Every action — such as posting, liking, commenting, viewing profiles, or accessing settings — results in an error message saying “technical error” or similar. The app and website both show the same issue, indicating it is not device-specific. I initially thought this could be due to a security verification problem, so I attempted to reset my password through Instagram’s official forms. I received the password reset links and successfully changed the password multiple times, but the issue still persists. I also noticed that no verification or security code is being sent to my registered mobile number, despite Instagram asking for it in some cases. I verified that my number is active, can receive other messages, and I even checked whether I might have accidentally blocked any short codes or relevant numbers, but found no such blocks. To resolve this, I have already contacted Instagram via several channels: I sent emails to support@instagram.com, security@mail.instagram.com, and info@instagram.com, but have received no response. I’ve tweeted to @Instagram, @Meta, and @MetaIndia, posted about the issue in Meta’s official support forums, and submitted reports through my secondary account — still with no reply. This ongoing issue has effectively locked me out of my account’s functionality, despite being able to log in. I urgently request Instagram to investigate this issue and restore the full use of my account. I am ready to provide any required identification or details to assist in verification and resolution.
