I booked a cell phone from Instagram account (CUSTOM_APPLESTORE_MUMBAI), I paid advance money 4000 rupee. They gave me bill of my order and next day I got call from this account person that his Boss dad expired and boss has cancelled all COD orders (2 days ago). He told you need to pay rest of amount or cancel the order. And also he told if you cancel the order advance money will be refunded in next 24 hours, so I cancelled the order but 48 hours past I am still waiting for my advance money.
Kindly help to get my advance money sir.
