I have ordered a washing machine from Amazon,
Amazon has introduced a new policy of inspect and buy. which states you will unbox and return the product if found damaged.
My product had a damage and i was not able to recognize the shipping damage as i did not know it as damage (dent on both sides symmetrically).
The technicians who came to install the device has identified it has suffered shipping damages.
Amazon is not willing to return and replace the device.
They simply denied if you identified any damage you are at a good situation else you have to live with it.
It’s like they send a damaged product , if you did not identify it is your fault.
