I ordered Kellogg’s Special K cornflakes from Swiggy insta Mart on 1/10/2023, which had an expiry date of April 2023 and manufacturing date of July 2022. I opened the same on 5th Oct and there were insects in the box. Immediately I complain on Swiggy app but they were of no help. Then I emailed them but they responded that they cannot help since72 hrs had past. When I asked them about this policy and where it is posted, they did not respond on it.
