Subject: Even after repeated request and escalation higher level Inordinate delay in shifting our fixed no. 04442997741 having Broadband ID 044101511462_tn from previous residence to our new residence place – Escalation Regarding
Reference: Broadband ID 044101511462_tn shifting request no. 136889592 date: 09-09-2021 @ 20.07hours.
Respected Sir
As per above cited address, we are the consumer for the fixed no. 04442997741 having Broadband ID 044101511462_tn and are using from 11th Oct 2020 onwards. Since we have to shift our residence to new flat of the within the same appartment address, we registered a shifting request on 9th Sep 2021 over the Airtel Customer care no.121. After registering our request, we have been given request reference no. 136889592 date: 09-09-2021 @ 20.07hours with confirmation to shift within 2days.
Airtel has not done their committed service even after repeated request and escalation to the higher level from 12th Sep 2021 onwards upto the submittion of this petition. The inordinate delay in shifting our connection to new residential flat causes following losses to us.
1. We have planned to pull the broadband connection wire within existing consealed wiring conduit which is reserved for our flat. Hence, we have organized electrician from Sunday(12th Sep 2021) onwards upto 14th Sep 2021 and he came and waiting for Airtel broadband connection installation team. Nobody turned back as committed and it caused us to pay full salary to the electrician Rs. 3 x Rs. 1500 : Rs. 4500.00/-

2. Since we have vacated our previous residential place and shifted all our belongings, due to inordinate delay in hand overring house key, it has caused us to additional rent for the month Sep 2021. The house rent with maintenance Rs.18,750/-

3. Hence, it is happening to use additional electricity and which may cause to pay average monthly bill amount approximately Rs.3500/-

4. Due to the inordinate delay in shifting our broadband connection, self and our two kids are sitting on plain floor of the previous residential flat and attending our office work from Home and our kids online classes. Even after continuous escalation to customer care office, nothing has been done. Every time we call Airtel customer care teams says within 24hours issues will be fixed, however, nothing has been done. It gives us unbearable discomfort of inconveniences and mental agony and stress. For this unbearable discomfort, metal stress and inconvenience, Airtel has to pay us a compensation of Rs. 10,00,000/-
In total, Airtel has to pay us a compensation minimum Rs. 10, 26,750/- for their deficiency service and along with broadband connection has to be shifted with immediate effect.
