This compliant is regarding very long delay in delivering the item. I had experience 3 times very recently ordering items in Flipkart and getting the same after very waiting. When contacted Flipkart customer care they simply say Ekart logistics is not in our control and so this delay is happening for which flipkart is not responsible. When a item is scheduled to deliver within 2 days as per your advertisement why this delay. Also keeping the customer money for such a long time is not fair. Also such a irresponsible reply from Customer care makes me to decide not to go for further orders through Flipkart. Also i know that flipkart never bothers loosing one customer like me. if this grievance really hurts the management i will get suitable reply. Also please do not fool the customer by giving advertisement that the item will be delivered within 2 days time and take 10days for delivery.
