I decided to port my airtel prepaid sim to Jio a day ago due to very poor network and all the procedures were followed correctly.,and after few hours I received a call from an airtel executive to stop porting and said they will improve the network but I denied and rejected the call. Again after an hour I received a call from an airtel executive (8046929919) and he said he is calling from Jio and advised me to send a message to a number . I sent it and I received a text message ( Port cancelled) and the call was declined by him !! He lied to a customer for being a Jio customer instead he was not! I hope that a strict action would be taken on that executive or the airtel services !! I had a loss of Rs.250 and a lot of time!!!
