I query is that I have submitted my assignment to the study center 2 years back for my 2 year bt till now my study centre never send my assignment to regional centre due to which I had loss of 1 year of studies .
I had already sent mails , application to the regional centre and study centre . My study centre asked for a bribe of 20,000 ..
To this complaint I had sent to IGNOU about this full incident but there is no response .
