I initiated a return request at the same time for something I bought from club factory 3 months ago but the same has been never fulfilled. I tried calling the customer service but no use as they dont have any update on the same. Eveyrtime I call, they asks for the return request ID and simply says that the same has been escalated which went for at least 10 times within a weeks time but again no use. I wrote to them multiple times along with the screen shots of my return request but no help at all. I finally donated those for orphans at big bazaar. So, please help me get some compensation from club factory for delivering low quality and different quality products and ofcorse the harassment that I went through while trying to return a peoduct 3 months ago and still no updates received.
