Text of Complaint by Manishkumar Patel:

I have placed order for Krypton M8 Tablet  on 7th June as per attached.
After placing order i have not received any SMS or email regrading order placed .
When  i called customer care then they replied your order is cancelled , but  no  message given to me . after one day i got msg from bludart (AWB No. 69566607036 )for courier . i received  courier against same order no.2326248511  on 11.06.20 , but when i opened that i found repaired UBISLATE(data wind ) old 7 inch tablet. then i again called  to ezeephone , they asked many things to do  including install google pay then they send coded msg and asked for forward the msg on some number ,  as he has not received fwd msg they ask for calulator and  add last four digit of card number then add o4 digit google pay no and then tell them the total number . i found some doubt so i didnot give him number . i request to help me in return of this product and get correct product as per order try get money back . as i have paid 3999rs by HDFC debit dard . I have order copy also  mentioning order and the product number also
Pls help out to get right product or refund the same .
