Initially I received an WhatsApp message regarding data entry job where I had to fill 400 resumes in 5 days where I would be paid 30 rupees each which means 12000 in 5 days. It was from a company called pair data solution. They made me sign a agreement and then later on when I asked for extension they said I had to pay. Without any further notice they threatened me that they would go legal against me and I would have to pay 40k to 50 k in Gujarat High court. I later on did some research on them and realised they were spammers and were committing fraud. I still don’t know how much I am true about this but the proofs are valid so please someone guide me how to go on with this. I have attached the agreement they made me sign.please someone tell me is it valid.

I also get the same thing… I paid them fully but they didn’t give me noc. I have the screenshots of invoice.. What should I do now.. Will they sue me to court…
