One day a company chat and call me that they are providing me a job online.
They got my adhaar details and told me after signed in if you have to fill 500forms in 5days as 90%of criteria.
After 5days were completed the next day they call me and ask me to pay a penalty amount on incomplete working.as600+gst to pay.
And I was shocked ? about this scam.after a day I checked their phone numbers and they are all scammers.
Today I got a message from ANBPROJECTION they take a legal action against me.so help us from this scammers because many of them were lost their money in this type of torturing and they told me to pay amount.incase they will file a case at Indore . help us from this scammers.
Hi shivam i applied for the same job under same company after signing my gut says i should check on google about the company and before signing or confirming i check there were no complaints like this i thought it is genuine thats why i signed but then i went to google again after signing of 5 mintues and i got to know there were several complaints under this company I didn’t even start the work. I immediately blocked them.
Right now i didn’t receive anything like this as it is my 3 rd day may be after 4 or 5 days it will come. You Simply just ignore evrything it is fake. Nothing will happen. Please don’t pay any money. If you pay once they will ask more. If u still feel scared go to the nearest police station.

Hi Shivam & Priya i also applied for the same job i denied on first day of itself now it’s my 6th day. Today they are sending message about legal notice , calling , sending mail, i also consult with my family lawyer they all said the legal notice is fake don’t worry & if they continue to threatening you can legal action against the company.

I got same thing guys. A women messaged me and gives a job thats 500 forms to fill in 5 days. And collected my adharcard and sign. Then they send a agreement with my documents. And also a link. I log in to it. But the entire data is wrong and fake datas. And with many errors. Then i asked her shall i quit from the job. She said that by paying 7 k i can quit. Second day they send me a text message as a advocate that they moving legally. I have to go noida court and pay additional amount around 40k as penalty. Please give a answer guys. If i ignored this any legal procedure occure against me.?
