I wanted to close loan.It was told to me to make payment using details mentioned in the mail over the call.
I submitted DD on mentioned details.
I called today to get my final statement and now I got to that DD which was submitted is incorrect.I have to make another payment.
I had aksed them about details and it was not told me as amount is more then I will have to make payment using other method.
Money is debited from my account and now they are telling me to make another payment of 3 lakh I had a word with neeraj today
I asked him to get manager online he denied
I want to lodge complaint as wrong information was provided to me
