Hi I registered for ITIL 4 certification on OCT 2023 then I was not satisfied with Simplilearn Next day I canceled my certification course when I asked for a refund they said some nomes and tried to make me do the course after attending the course I was a counselor who gave me fake promise his name Is Kiran Kumar V. When I try to write first attempt it was duration set within 45 days, of course, we need to write an exam. am a working professional I don’t have time to prepare because of the money i have done my exam. Now there is no information about the 2nd attempt details my money can’t be issued back it seems.
