the average consumption for particularly March , April , May , June for the previous years have been very far lower compared to the billing for this year , We have been very caution with the consumption every month , and in the present scenario of COVID19 we have been extra cautious bout the consumption , but surprisingly the bill generated for June 2020 was 4 times high than usual , i have already taken the matter with Adani Electricity via Twitter and Email immediately when i received the billed amount info , the response was very generic , i even requested them if i could speak to someone on this but they never reverted .
As one of the major Electricity providers , they should assistance and understand the present scenario were consumers are already burdened plenty of issues , instead they are miss using and using this situation to mint this way . I need detailed clarification on this issue . kindly revert on priority.
