Not only is our monthly bill for June is 3 times of our April & May Bill, but after complaint, the explanation given by them shows the consumption of units as nearly 1.5 times more than last year i.e. 2019 though there is no addition of any electric appliances or extra usage during the lockdown. Please advise what is the official goverment website to complain or legal option that can be taken on this.
