Hello.
Today we received our electricity bill (BEST). We do not use Air conditioner neither washing machines etc just basic electrical appliances like lights, fans, etc. Yet our bill is showing an amount of Rs.1,960. We believe there has occurred some fault in our meter readings for electricity bill.
We kindly request you to look into our query and reach us as soon as possible. We as loyal consumers of BEST electricity want to pay our bills before the due date hence it would be better if you understand our issue at earliest .
