My Name is Prakash Premchand Shah. We have been charged exorbitant bill of Rs. 14720 for the duration – 10th June to 9th July. Our Consumer No. is 658303011.
This bill appears to be inflated as I am certain that our consumption of electricity does not warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between Rs.3000 to Rs.6000. Either there is a theft of electricity from our meter or the readings have been incorrect or the meter is faulty.
Request you to immediately look into this matter and resolve it. After confirming the electricity readings, also let us know about how will I get refund of the excess bill amount.
