Hi, My electricity provider is MSEDL. Usually the bill amount is between 2,500 to 3,000. In this lockdown period, where we have no jobs and aren’t using much electricity, the bill amount that I received for a month is Rs. 12,000, four times the normal electricity bill. Could you please look into this matter ASAP?
