Text of Complaint by Arpit:

Adani is literally harassing the customer now. They have not yet resolved the June bill issues, and now they have sent inflated bills for July also. Below are the issues in July bill –
1. Around 100 units extra consumed as compared to last year is being shown. From 219 in 2019 to 312 in 2020 July. This is not possible as there is no change in my consumption pattern. No new electronic device, no additional family members. So only on account of lockdown bill cannot be increased by 30%. There appears to be something fishy here.

2. As the earlier June related issues and disputes are not resolved by Adani, they are charging me late fees. Why would customer pay late fees in account of Adani’s default. Customer is continuously following up since last 1.5 months. I have even mentioned clearly in each communication that resolve the issue and dispute and I will pay the bill.
Kindly reverse the late fees charged immediately and send the revised bill copy.

3. June related issues in the respective mails, and on consumer forum are still not resolved. I would be able to pay only once the dispute are resolved.
