I, Vandana Guleria, am officially complaining against the increased electricity bill for the month of June 2020. Normally, the unit consumption ranges between 200 – 300 units. But I was charged bill of ₹ 23,310 for 2036 units consumption.
All the previous month bills have been paid online since bills with std consumption rate were sent through msgs. But apparently you folks don’t know how online transaction works, other wise you wouldn’t have charged all that money again in the July month’s bill.
