I have received back to back 2 bills for 9010 and 3800 from them. I have sent numerous emails to them to address issue.  All I get is generic explanation about winter and summer months.  Since March 2020,. I’ve paid a total of 15170 so far. If you calculate the consumption for the whole of last year would not be more than what i have paid in just 4 months.

I have just received another bill for 3880 to be paid in September. I am a retired person living on rental income.  At the moment house has been vacant since 1st June and all mains have been switched off as a precaution and still I get this bill. I am struggling to meet my expenses as I was depending on the rent and to add to it paying huge bills for no fault of mine. This house is a small tenement 1bhk of 440 sq ft with just 2 fans and a few bulbs.

 

Hoping for a quick resolution.
