Text of Complaint by Debojit Dutta:

Esteemed Consumer Court,

I am Debojit Dutta. I ported my postpaid connection to Airtel mid-September and also took up an internet connection with the same number. I was asked to make a payment of 6541 through Airtel.in which I did.

This month I received a bill saying I have to pay 3900-something to Airtel. I am told I made multiple phone calls to ISD numbers which I did not and also via landline phone which I do not have. The call records in the bill go back to Sep 1, when I wasn’t even using Airtel. I spoke with the Airtel agent only on Sep 7 for the connection (attaching screenshots of all the conversations).

Even after multiple complaints Airtel hasn’t resolved this. They keep closing my complaint.

I want to only pay for the services I used. Also, want Airtel to stop harassing me for the bill.
