Sub: Excess and Inflated in Electricity Bill

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Greetings from Shah Family!!
This is to inform you that we are receiving the electricity bill in excess for above consumer no.
We have been receiving an inflated and excess electric city bill from last two months. We have been charged with no rationale and retrospective effect for earlier months of lock down. In normal times, we used to receive a High bill of Rs 2700/ to 3000/- in-spite of using normal basic facility. We had also raised your attention in writing to you but seems there have been no changes but instead an increase in the bill. We refer to previous history of our meter reading, which shows usage in range which also we do not agree and needs immediate attention and action

We had observed that Rs 1000/- per month charged for period of lock down on adhoc basis (4 months) with no rationale and also last previous last two month with Rs. 5000/- and 4250/- which is almost 58 to 65% increase. We are totally in disagreement of the inflated bill against our consumption. We require immediate reversal of excess charge.
We have made the payment of last month and the current bill with objection. We understand the inconvenience and services issue due to the pandemic Covid-19 but at same time keeping the integrity and customer orientated service , we look forward for your reversal of excess billing and going forward restoring the bill to normal.
