Text of Complaint by Selvin Dias:

As per the table shown below BEST has put fictitious meter readings for the lock down period claiming that they weren’t able to read the meter and have charged huge amounts as bills. if you notice in July they did take the reading and it amounts to a total of 692 units for the 4 months. Just to inform you that apartment has been empty for the past 3.5 months and only the fridge is left on. how come I have reached 692 units then and am asked to pay almost INR 1000 per month.
