My self Manish madam and I am resident of goregaon east, in the month of july and August I was travelling and hardly was there at my resident but when I received bill it was way too high I called up a customer care to which they said their executive will come and check and after 15 days when the executive came here said your meter is not functioning so after couple of days he changed the meter and when I asked what about the inflated bill on past months so he said that was done on averaging method and the average they take is pick up the month with highest unit consumed and charge the same for all those month when the meter was not functioning…when I called customer cell of Adani they said they don’t take the complaint of inflated bill…I wrote to Adani they said they are not able to resolve this…I don’t understand what kind of fraudsters they are …they are openly doing the loot and no one is questioning them. Request if some action coule be taken against these fraudsters, my adani meter number is 151805042.
