Dear Sir
My consumer number is 151918484 and my bill for the month of July is 24,650/-. I have regularly paid my bill throughout the lockdown. I was given a breakup of the bill – paid amount and difference in d actual Bill but the bills are inappropriate. In d last few years my average bill has never exceeded 3800. However in d lockdown i have been consistently charged 6000/- and apparently the no. of units consumed in April and June happen to be the same ie 658 units ( in april the house was accomodated by only 2 people and in June 4 people). Fridge mixer and geyser are the only appliances we use. We dont have a television so theres no reason for the usage to differ during the lockdown. Also the units consumed during the same months in the previous years have been much lower.
Kindly look into the matter.
